Impact Dance’s Live Vibe will return for another season at the Lilian Baylis Studio with Live Vibe Springboard, a monthly performance platform for youth, university and semi professional dancers.

The scale of the show has also been expanded, with a matinee and an evening show.

Hakeem Onibudo, curator of Live Vibe and founder of Impact Dance commented: “With Live Vibe Springboard we are simply giving our dedicated fans what they want: another dose of the Live Vibe to feed their appetite following the success of the At the Movies series.”

Live Vibe at the Movies culminated in January at the Peacock Theatre with Flawless headlining the show.

He continued: “Live Vibe Springboard is the first of many planned Live Vibe events for 2011, so watch this space!”

The matinee Live Vibe Springboard performers will include youth groups Lil Swaggas, Chelsea Academy, Dynamic Eclipse Arts and university group, Warwick Eqho who will perform alongside Hakeem’s company Fully Functioning Individuals and its sister group Impact Youth.

The evening show performances will include Botis Seva and Sara Dos Santos alongside soul singer Ivy Chanel, a special piece from Impact BTS, the adult Impact Dance troop which gives dancers with alternative day jobs the opportunity to express their passion for dance, and second performances from Warwick Eqho and Fully Functioning Individuals.
