Alesha Dixon is to present CBBC’s street dance show, Alesha’s Street Dance Stars on CBBC, it was announced today.
Alesha Dixon was in the pop group Mis-Teeq ahead of becoming a contestant and wining on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2007, later returning and ousting Arlene Philips as a judge on the show in 2009.
Street Dance Stars was announced by the BBC last week as the programme auditions dancers age 10-16 across the UK in Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Newcastle, Belfast and Glasgow throughout April.
why did thet put a min age of 10 the are some awesome dancers younger than 10 so not fair
fantastic new show, well excited about this, good luck diva dolls.wicked audition love u guys x x
I’m 42 and I think it’s a shame this programme isn’t on prime time tv instead of the rubbish that’s on. The judges are amazing but the dancers obviously make the show what it is and their spectacular routines are jaw dropping.
