Battersea Streets, a street dance series produced by 2Enshine in collaboration with Street Dance XXL is to debut its pilot online today.
Battersea Streets will be an online drama series about the lives of five young people from Battersea in South London who use street dance to change their lives.

Inspired by experiences of working in showbusiness the show will tell the stories of five performers: Chris, Denise played by Sharea Samuels, Kenny played by Paul Westbrook, Kiena and Josh, when they come off stage with viewers able to interact with each of the characters via Facebook and Twitter.
Battersea Streets will also feature appearances from past competing Street Dance XXL dance groups and other names from the entertainment industry.
Producers 2Enshine is a production company specialising in creating scripted and factual content for online and digital TV. Street Dance XXL, founded by James Narh, is the associate producer of the movie Street Dance 3D.

Battersea Streets is an exciting new online drama series about the lives of five young guys and girls from Battersea in London who use street dance to change their lives.
Faced with family problems, lack of jobs and tired of being told what to do they dream of a better life. To escape it all they use their dance skills to chase their dreams but each of them must overcome their battles. Some want money and fame, some just want respect but they need each other to succeed.
Filled with real life drama, incredible dance routines and featuring real UK street dance groups Battersea Streets promises to be entertaining for all.
