iDance UK Hip Hop Championships 2011 qualifier details

Details for five the iDance UK Hip Hop Championships 2011 qualifiers have been announced, with the finals taking place at Thorpe Park on 4 and 5 June.

Two new categories, mega crews, for groups of between 15 and 40 members, and 1 on 1 all styles, have been added to the styles line up for 2011.

The iDance UK Hip Hop Championships is the only competition to qualify UK dancers for the World Championships in Las Vegas, produced by Hip Hop International, the team behind America’s Best Dance Crew.

Thorpe Park will showcase a two-day live event showcasing the most technical and impressive dancers from all areas of the United Kingdom in a face-off to see who will represent the United Kingdom at the World Hip Hop Championships in Las Vegas.

Crews (between 5 and 8 members):
Junior crews (7-12 years)
Varsity crews (13-17 years)
Adults crews (18+ years)
Mega crews

1 on 1 popping
1 on 1 locking
1 on 1 all styles
3 on 3 b-boys

iDance regional qualifiers and contacts

To make it to Thorpe Park for the UK final and the chance to compete in Las Vegas, dancers must qualify in their region.
