Members of the Rock Steady Crew have expressed their feelings online in reaction to former crew member Easy Roc who resigned after an argument with the current crew president, Crazy Legs.

Easy Roc’s resignation from Rock Steady Crew was announced last week allegedly over a lack of communiction and dispute over crew member Masumi, who was in Japan during the time of the earthquakes.

Despite the rift, crew member Mr Wiggles expressed his support for Crazy Legs in a post on Facebook.

“The ultimate crutch for people to use for [is]there [sic] own failures. Your character is always in question. But yet you lead one of the biggest and greatest hip hop crews of all time!” Wiggles said.

Further on he continued: “You created a crew where individuals stand strong, and bring there [sic] collective efforts to the table. Not a crew that sits and waits for something to happen. But b-boys and b-girls that make things happen! Ask not what Rock Steady can do for you, But what can you do for Rock Steady Crew!”

Crazy Legs followed up Mr Wiggles’ post with a comment taking a shot at the former crew member and announcing his next streamed radio show, The Lunch Breaks, would be in aid of victims of the Japan earthquake.

“I appreciate the love everyone,” said Crazy Legs, “but there’s definitely more important things that we should be doing then [sic] fighting against former disgruntled and slacker types that have wack things to say, because of their own lack of effort.”

After seeing the post Easy Roc later commented: “After reading this whole post I can honestly say that I feel much the same about the man. But I’ve given so very much to this crew, my heart and soul, all that I am at times. I simply feel that I could do no more for RSC without serious changes being made. I actually had much more to give if only I had been given the chance. Se [sic] La Vi”

Your decision making in running this crew is always questioned. Yet no one, and i mean NO ONE! can deny your love and passion for HIP HOP CULTURE, and ROCK STEADY CREW!. Your friendship is never purely validated by many, But yet you have stood by me through my biggest BEEFS with FIST UP, and or PISTOL in Hand. Your dance is often shadowed by people who dislike you. BUT YOU ARE ONE Of THE the GREATEST HIP HOP DANCERS of ALL TIME! and no one, I MEAN NO ONE CAN DENY THIS. You created a crew where INDIVIDUALS stand strong, and bring there collective efforts to the table. Not a crew that sits and waits for something to happen.
