Juste Debout UK 2011 preliminaries at Stratford Circus – judges announced
Juste Debout UK 2011 is to take place at Stratford Circus as part of East London Dance’s Dance Currents season on 20 February 2011.
It is the first time the competition will be held in the UK, brought over by InDaHouse and Uchenna Dance.
Update: Juste Debout UK has changed venue to Camden Centre, Kings Cross, London.
Duos will compete in the categories of locking, popping, hip hop and house to qualify a place in the grand final on 13 March 2011 at the Bercy Stadium, Paris.
The Juste Debout judges are Kahn (locking), Legend (popping), Meech (hip hop) and Brooklyn Terry (house dance).
For the UK preliminaries a solo toprock battle has also been added with a knock out process with judges B-Boy Mouse, B-Boy Lamine and B-Boy Kapela.
Tickets sold through East London Dance will be available shortly.
