Funkin Stylez UK qualifiers 2011 announced, part of Street Talent Weekender – judges line up

The first Funkin’ Stylez qualifiers to take place in the UK has been announced this week, to take place at the Macadam Building in London on 5 and 6 November.

Funkin Stylez is a dance battle that takes place annually in Germany where nations from all over the world compete in the styles of hip hop, house, locking, popping and a 5 member mixed styles crew battle.

Winners of the UK qualifiers will win their flights and accomodation to the Funkin’ Stylez world final on 3-5 December 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The styles of waacking, breaking, krumping and dancehall, which are not qualifiers to Funkin’ Stylez, have also been added under the street talent category where dancers can win a prize of £150.
