World of Dance Tour UK has been confirmed for Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on Sunday 25 September 2011.

The event is to feature a Choreography Zone, B-Boy/B-Girl Battle Zone, New Talent Area, Meet & Greet, Greet Chill Out Zone, Trade Stands, Displays, Health & Beauty Area and VIP Guest Area.

The World of Dance Tour is staging its first UK event in the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on Sunday 25 September. The focus of the event will be on the art of street dancing and today’s new aged choreography and will embrace urban dance and youth lifestyle.

The dancers, participants and spectators will partake in performance festival settings awarding today’s top dancers with the most prestigious acknowledgments. The World of Dance Tour intends to deliver an unparalleled experience to both participants and spectators in effort to build its reputation as the global authority in urban dance and lifestyle.

Recently Carlos Neto was appointed creative director of World of Dance UK, who will oversee submissions ahead of the line up.

The competition is one of four events to be staged in the UK starting at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in September before continuing to Cardiff, Manchester and Birmingham in 2012.

The top 5 crews, duos and solos in the senior division from each event are invited to attend and compete in the National World of Dance Awards to be held in London in November 2012 where winners will be awarded the grand prize of an expenses paid trip to Los Angeles to take part in the World of Dance Global Awards in December 2012.
