ZooNation’s street dance musical Some Like It Hip Hop will return for 2012 and continue on a UK tour.
Some Like It Hip Hop returns to the Peacock Theatre in London from 20 September until 13 October before embarking on a 10 date UK tour.

Some Like It Hip Hop is the successful feature length follow up to Into The Hoods from ZooNation Dance Company losely based on the movie Some Like It Hot and Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, written by founder Kate Prince and Felix Harrison with an original soundtrack by Josh Cohen and DJ Walde.
Its initial run at the Peacock Theatre in 2011 featured Tommy Franzén in the lead role as Simeon Sun, Lizzie Gough as Jo Jo Jameson, Teneisha Bonner as Kerri Kimbalayo and Duwane Taylor as The Governor.

About ZooNation Dance Company
ZooNation Dance Company was founded in 2002 by Kate Prince. In 2006, the company premiered hip hop dance theatre production Into the Hoods, which went on to become the longest running dance show the West End has ever seen. In 2010 ZooNation became a Resident Company at Sadler’s Wells, and Kate Prince became an Associate Artist.
