Diversity Dance Fitness Fusion DVD details

Complete details on the Diversity: Dance Fitness Fusion DVD have been announced today.

The two disc DVD will contains two different programmes, as announced in October.

The Diversity Dance Fitness Fusion DVD aims to allow viewers to get an insight into different styles of street dance, learn how the group puts their routines together and focuses on fitness with a dance inspired workout.

The dance workout is split into three sections: Break Down, Funky Fusion and Fast and Slow, with an easy and hard version to suit all abilities.

The second programme gives the viewer an insight into the world of Diversity. The group also presents an exclusive routine from the Diversitoys tour broken down and explained how it’s put together step by step.

Diversity: Dance. Fitness. Fusion will be available from the 29th November and can be preordered from Amazon
